Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

    Is there any way to add an additional field for a persons phone extension number on the Personal Information and Shipping Information pages? If you try to enter an extension you get the error "You must enter a valid phone number." Maybe this could be included in the next release of PC.

	I tried like this 213-555-1212 x2555 - Got the error. But if you enter 213-555-1212 (2555) it will accept. So if you add next to the Phone Number "Please Add Extension in Parenthesis" your customer can add to their delight.
