residential indicator need to change

   Hi,
I have looked everywhere and I cannot see where it is possible to change a residential address to a commercial one or vice versa.  I have busted a few customers clicking on the commercial to get a cheaper rate and want to change it but there is no way for me to do that.

Am I missing something?
