Hello!
I'm still in the process of setting up my site, but I've noticed something with the rewards program that seems to be a bug or other issue. I've followed all the setup instructions and it seems to be working well for products that are regular price (not on sale). My issue is when an item IS on sale or has a discount per membership group, etc. The points that are being awarded are calculating off the regular retail price instead of the sale price. So, if an item retails for $10, it's giving the customer 10 reward points, even if the item is on sale for $8. They should really only get 8 points if they're paying the discounted price. Anyone know why this is? I have not assigned any points to the products manually, I've done it via the "assign points to multiple products" as per the instructions. I've used several other carts before and they all automatically give the customer the proper amount of points based on sale or discounted prices, so I'm not sure why Product Cart is not! Any advice? Thanks for your help! :) |

I was in contact with support and they said they'd check on a solution and if none was found, they'd pass it on to development.
I still haven't heard anything back. Please, can anyone take a look at this issue and let us know if it's being taken care of? ProductCart seems to apply the points on a point-basis rather than a % basis - if it were possible to add points as a % of the price, then the points SHOULD adjust themselves automatically when a customer buys something on sale.
