we are using Sage pay as the payment Gateway for a client store.
We were previously using the "direct" payment method and setting the payment method to be "authorised".
We have now switched to the "perform" method in the product cart backend and Leicester payment method as "authorised". However, Sage pay are confirming that we are actually sending a "paid" method, even though the backend, says "authorised".

Can any body shed any light on this.

My sincere thanks.

Geoff

Hi Geoff,

My company, Innerview, is an official SagePay partner so I should be able to help you.

Can I just clarify a few things that are happening now

You have been using Sagepay Direct so taking payments on your own site using an SSL page?

You now want to use SagePay Form so that you proces the payments on SagePays site?

Thanks

Nigel
