Same url Different Case and Style added

   A few months ago I dropped from page 1 in Google for my #1 keyword.  I have been finding small things along the way, one item has just come to the surface which I do NOT know how to handle or stop.
I have multiple versions of the same page with a different url indexed in google. I noticed that my storemap generates a completely different url for catgeories and products.

I have found the following urls for many categories
http://www.cigarsdirect.com/ProductCart/pc/viewcategories.asp?idCategory=52&pageStyle=M
http://www.cigarsdirect.com/ProductCart/pc/viewcategories.asp?idCategory=52
http://www.cigarsdirect.com/productCart/pc/viewcategories.asp?idCategory=52
http://www.cigarsdirect.com/productcart/pc/viewCategories.asp?pageStyle=M&idCategory=52

the following are example of 4 urls for the same product

Can someone please tell me how to cure this issue.  I have noticed in many cases google is looking at the pages as separate and splitting the juice flow across 4 pages rather than 1.

	thanks for the qucik response. If I dont have v4 what else can I do? Do you have any ideas on why this spawning is happening. I know my html store map was one reason, the cart generates different urls than that of the html stormap. any ideas as to why?
