Recently, when I access a page and save it, the product details will suddenly have question marks in it, even if I didn't change the description. Here is an example: http://ricehydro.com/productcart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=12&idproduct=87
Does anyone know what is causing this?

I am not seeing "?" characters in Chrome, at least. Could be showing in other browsers, though.
First, you might trying changing your doctype declaration back to:
If that doesn't make the difference, then you might have a BOM (Byte Order Mark) embedded in one of your files. This is not easy to find, though. To find it/them, download your entire site (could even be in CSS or JS, etc. files), install File BOM Detector (http://www.bryntyounce.com/filebomdetector.htm), and run that against your files. If it finds any, you can safely use this utility to remove them and just re-upload the files changed.
