So everything is setup and ready to go, except this:

The connection string is valid, it appears that you have not yet populated your database. If you are using SQL, please run the required SQL Script to create the necessary tables in your database to use ProductCart.

How do I run the required SQL Script to create the necessary tables in my database?  I found  a couple mentions of this on EI's site, but no actual instructions.   It is a MS SQL database if that is relevant at all...

Thanks to anyone who can help.

It's going to depend upon your host, and whether you have access to the database using SQL Studio (or Enterprise Manager), if they provide a browser-based SQL manager, or if there is no such access.

Either way, you need to look in the productcart/database folder and locate the .sql file.  Open that in a text editor and paste it into the query editor supplied by whatever (see above) access you may have to your database.  Run that script and the database will be populated.
