   Does anyone know if it's possible to enable shipping rates by state for domestic shipping? We have different shipping rates for different states in Australia and at the moment have to trust customers to select the right shipping rate at checkout from a list and then remember to check it.

	There's nothing in terms of stock functionality. We have some custom code, part of which is in production, and more that is mid-development, which would address this requirement. The following screen captures represent code that is in production in a v4 store, and allows the merchant to enable many services, then to selectively disable them by geographical region. This much could be made available if this will fulfill your needs: http://www.greybearddesign.com/ProductCart/shipping-exclusions-manager/screenshots.html The piece that is mid-development expands upon the above capabilities by allowing the same level of granular control over "custom shipping methods". What's holding it up is that we also integrated some other (and rather complex) levels of control over shipping. Our development schedule this year has prevented us from moving that code to production and fully completing development and testing.
