Hello,
We have recently setup our shipping options within ProductCart to include both FedEx and UPS. We have set UPS as the default shipping provider yet everytime we run through a checkout, only the FedEx tab is displayed. Any ideas as to why the UPS tab does not display? Thank you |

Do UPS rates not appear at all? If not, it sounds like a setup issue, possibly something wrong with your account with UPS. One thing would be to check with UPS and confirm the account number is valid, etc.
