Shipping Wizard Issue

   I recently upgraded to ProductCart v5.0a and was testing out the Shipping Wizard using UPS OnLine® Tools Shipping. I pressed Confirm Shipment on UPS_ManageShipmentsRequest.asp and it redirected me to pcUPSConfirmLabel.asp?err=1

I tried reseting my cache/cookies, but it didn't work. I have no issues with the older ProductCart v4.1a SP 2 currently in this regard, so I assume it's something new.
