Snippet - Show top level categories

   I have dowloaded this snippet because I have alot of subcatagories under each catagory but it says to insert it between Begin Catagory List and End Catagory List.
The problem is in my header.asp file I don't have that comment - I have <% ' START dynamic category navigation sdquery="SELECT idProduct FROM categories_products" set rs=conlayout.execute(sdquery) if not rs.eof then
 %> 
AND 
<% end if set rs=nothing ' END dynamic category navigation %>
Can anyone help me with this?
