When a customer selects search by lowest price, highest price, etc, all of the brands are sorting by cost, with the exception of one brand (our most recent upload). This one brand acts throughout all categories like a "unit" when it comes to sorting. If one item in this brand in the lowest in the category, it will display all items for this brand before displaying any other items. For example, brand O has the lowest price but also the highest price. Brands A & B should be mixed throughout. Brand O will be listed first because it has the lowest price, but it will list ALL brand O items before brands A or B. Brands A & B are mixing together in the proper order as they should.

Hi,
Can you post a link? I think this may be a candidate for a support ticket. |
