Special characters in descriptions and product nam

   I've got a product with a special character. The character shows up in the admin section but never appears in the customer facing product page. What do I need to do to get this to appear correctly? I assume PC is stripping it out.

	Without looking at the product and knowing more details I'm not sure how anyone can help.
