In the "Special Customer Fields", I would love the upgraded ability to use radio buttons and/or dropdown menu selections in addition to the existing checkboxes and input fields. There are some options we really want people to answer "yes" or "no" to (or select A, B or C as their options). But with just a checkbox, they can only click it ... or not click it. And if they don't click it, it doesn't necessarily mean "no" ... it usually just means they didn't read the question.

...and some common data types (like telephone number, email addresses, states). So we could easily provide data integrity checking on the custom fields.
