Specials - Not all products showing

   I have products that are supposed to show up as specials that are not showing up.  they show up in the ProductCart Manage Specials page, but not on ShowSpecials.asp. Some of them are BTO products.  I've looked for settings that will allow BTO products to show up, but I can not find  any.
Are there additional setting i'm missing?
