I purchased a product cart license a few years back and I am trying to figure out how to delete all details/products from my store and start over from scratch. I searched for a while and couldn't find anything. Any guidance is much appreciated!

Hi Snowcrzy,
If your starting from scratch I would recommend doing exactly that - purchase a support & updates plan (if you have not already) & we can send you a shiny new copy of the latest code. ( http://www.earlyimpact.com/productcart/support-updates-policy.asp#supportPlan )To get a fresh copy of the latest code you just need to raise a support ticket requesting it. |
