We are trying to comment-out (hide) the "Submit Quote" button on the Saved Quotes page but cannot find which .asp file this is in... Please can anyone point us in the right direction? We know how to edit the file, if only we could find it! Thanks. |

Hi James,
I'm missing something here - why allow people to save quotes and then not to submit them? |

Hi James,
Under BTO Settings there are three settings : 1) Allow users to save/request a quote on a configured product. This feature changes depending on whether prices are shown (save product configuration) or not (request a quote). 2) Allow users to submit a quote. Quote is delivered to the store administrator via e-mail and can be retrieved by selecting View Quotes from the Reports menu. 3) Disallow purchasing. This setting removes the "Add to Cart" functionality and turns your store into a "Request a Quote" system storewide. You can also enable this setting on a product-by-product basis. submission only. How have you got these set? I would have hoped making sure that option (2) is not ticked would achieve what you require. BTW - Just curious - what's your site selling? |
