I knew how to do this before, but I can't seem to find it. When I uploaded a new product image: http://65.98.245.68/catalog/detail/my-keepsake-pink-pearl.jpg it automatically put "your company text here" on it. Where is the setting to turn that off? Thanks so much!

yikes! How did you upload it? Did you use the normal PC stuff? I've not seen that before.

I went through the product, clicked on images, then did that add another image part. That's it. I remember it did that to me awhile back in PC3, but it was a setting I specifically did. Now I didn't touch anything and it's started adding the wording.

By any chance do you have Sean's Batch Image tool installed?
http://wiki.earlyimpact.com/widgets/thirdparty/batchprocessimages I ask because I recall he can do watermarks and that appears to be what is happening here.
If not, I would probably start with asking your host.
There are server components that are used by the product admin to upload and resize images.
If ASPJpeg or ASPUpload are in use, or their SA equivalents, I think there may be a configuration issue at hand. I've never seen this feature in the past.

Hi Julie,
Sounds like Russ installed our Batch Image Process on your store. Email me directly with a login to your store control panel and I'll have a look at your settings. Edited by Sean@WMS - 05-July-2010 at 4:07pm |

Thank you all for your help. Sean, that's exactly what it was. It was the batch imaging uploading. I couldn't get it to save with a blank box, so I just used a space and I think it's working now. Thanks again for the help.

Hi Julie,
Curious. You shouldn't have to enter anything into that field. Not sure when Russ installed this for you, but we've got a very recent version I'll update your site with. |

Hi Julie,
I've updated your site to our latest build of this. Please double check your settings for this, though. |
