Dear Experts,

We have a issue with some of the non-apparel products in our dev site. Javascript error in the page (viewprd.asp) as object does not support this property or method. When we Add to Cart it goes to page with the message this item no longer exist in the database. The same code works fine test machine. Here are the links.

We have stock and active = -1 in the database.

Please let me know.

Thank you,
Srini.

A couple things.

First, look at your URL. /store/store/ seems odd.  Why do you have that structure?  Seems it would be better if you had the site structured as something like this:
http://69.42.78.62/store/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=94&idcategory=25&idAbcParentCat=16

I would also ask what changes, if any, you have made to the cart.  If none, I might be inclined to carefully re-install part of the application such as the files in the /store/PC folder, and possibly those in the /store/includes/javascript folder.  I suggest this because the JS error should not occur if PC is properly installed.

If you did make changes, then you need to look at those and consider if you may have broken something.  I can't think of any data conditions that should result in a JS error so something may be broken, for one reason or another, in the installation.

Hi Greg,

Thank you for the quick response. I will look into your suggestions. The same code works fine in another machine. If you click on my two links one works fine and another don't. Please take  a look and let me know. I have copied working code to different folder and pointed my virtual directory to that and still no luck.

Srini.

If this is the case, are you in the midst of transferring to another server?  Can you post a link to that other server so the working version may be seen?
