We have moved our website to a new host and decided it would be a good time to do a fresh install of the database and clear out all the unwanted files from the site.
I have uploaded the files and created a new database with the Productcart query. I can connect to the database but when i try to run the setup I get to set 3 and input: Key Id: NRTYASDFFBRCWTDLE202047875314 (changed for display purposes) User Id: 45678 Temporary User Name - changed for display purposes) Password: kldtasrt (changed for display purposes) Confirm Password: kldtasrt (changed for display purposes) Store URL: http://www.justplaying.co.uk which were given in the original email when i purchased When I click activate I get an error message: Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000b' Division by zero /store/includes/rc4.asp, line 30 I realise this is the encryption but dont understand why im getting an error as the details are the same as the original setup Any ideas would be helpful |

Have you done a completely clean install of all the productcart files as if this were a new installation?

No i didnt because I only changed the display of pages rather than major scripts
I guess I will try a clean install of the original files I was considering purchasing the Upgrade to v4 does any1 know if this comes as a full product or is it just the upgrade for an already working v3 site? |

Hi,
The default is the files to carry out an upgrade, but you can request a full copy via a support ticket. Don't forget, if you request the full set it will come with all the initial setup process etc, so if you are moving the DB etc you need to be very careful not to overlay your settings etc. |
