Add Product to Cart from Anywhere with Text Option

   How do one add a product to the cart from anywhere while also giving text field content?

Using just as an example, if one looks at the page below, there is the text field box on the page.

http://www.blanketworx.com/shop/pc/viewPrd.asp?productName=Prestige_Two_Color_Tapestry_Photo_Blanket&idcategory=&idproduct=160

I can add the product to cart from anywhere with the following link:

http://www.blanketworx.com/shop/pc/instPrd.asp?productName=Prestige_Two_Color_Tapestry_Photo_Blanket&idcategory=&idproduct=160

But I can't figure out how to add the text field also.
