Ordering Special Customer Fields

   Is there a way to set an order to the Special Customer Fields? I have 2 fields created - the first asking if the customer needs the items to be embroidered and the second asking for the embroidered name.   The Embroidered Name field must appear second, but I can find no way of forcing this to happen.

Any advice would be appreciated.
