Product detail page layout

   OK, we have ProductCart v3.5 and I have been going crazy trying to figure out what settings need changed to match the layout of this page from our product cart store: 
http://www.meriam.com/productcart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=4&idcategory=2 

in particular, notice the next/previous buttons under the photo and the "product details" separator and supporting product text that spans the width of the available page.  

now, contrast that with this page:
http://www.meriam.com/productcart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=30&idcategory=8

where this layout is 2 column with the photo on the right and all of the text, etc. is truncated all the way down the page on the left and not filling the area under the product photo.  

Both categories appear to be set as 2 column layout but there has got to be something different somewhere. any help would be appreciated!

	Well, you need to look at the storewide display settings (settings tab / "Product Details Page Display Options"), the category (display tab, same option label), as well as the individual product display settings. Any of the 3 can control the format. Could you please report what each of those settings are? I suspect too that you have your description in the short description on one, long description on the other, and therefore the page layout differs. If this is true, move the description to the alternate field and you will see some change.

	I have checked all the settings you mentioned and they are all consistent - 2 column photo right I also checked to make sure the info was not in the description vs. short description fields. guess I am still stuck.

	Hi Meriam, It looks like all the info on the V4 store is in the description and nothing in the short description. If there is no short description then the description is shown in it's place and no "more info" link is displayed.
