Remove Feature - Payment Gateway

   The User Guide doesn't show an example of the "Remove" feature and the Demo Stores aren't set up with "Real Time" payment options. Any chance someone could share with me a 4.1 screen print of what the "Remove" feature in Orders/Process Batch Orders looks like?
