Drop Ship Shipping Issues |

I am having a couple of issues with drop shipping. If anyone can help i would appreciate it.
1. I have a drop shipper that emails me shipping details instead of entering in the drop shipper section. I am constant having to change edit the inventory on the item to be able to enter the shipping details. Sometimes I can select override availability. Sometimes this option is not available. Is there a way to make this an option all of the time? 2. I have an order with two items. Both are set to drop ship. I planned on shipping one of the items directly so I selected the one to ship and printed UPS label. Now I want to cancel this label and I can not find a link back to the label. Any ideas? Thanks |
