Product Option Dropdown Default to "Select One"

Is there a way to have all of the product option dropdowns display "Select One" when the product detail page is viewed?

I have three required product options for each product and I am using the Apparel Add-On.

Currently when I view my product detail page my product option dropdowns display as follows:
Option 1 (Style): "Select One"
Option 2 (Size): "First Size Attribute"
Option 3 (Color): "First Color Attribute"

This causes an out of stock error right off the bat if the customer chooses a style and either of the First Option Attributes are not available.

If I manually set Option 2 and Option 3 to "Select One" no out of stock errors occur because the dropdown attributes are automatically populated based on any of the selected options.

My ultimate goal is that when you open each product detail page the product option dropdowns display like so:
Option 1 (Style): "Select One"
Option 2 (Size): "Select One"
Option 3 (Color): "Select One"

Let me know if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this.
