  Some how I have a customer that continues to force a review into my store. I believe its an automated process.

Angry  Prior to me stopping the ability to do  sql injections of bad records, this customer was able to rate the product with 123 rating(123 stars).  This caused a mess in the pending review section of the store.

Has anyone ran into this?

Is there a fix for the product reviews?

Store version: ProductCart v4.0b SP 4

SQLInjection???? Are you referring to the issue from a LONG time ago! We haven't seen any security problems for quite some time now.
 
Upgrade :-)  To be honest I'm not certain this will resolve that particular issue, but I suspect it will.
I'm guessing they are doing this to gain redeemable reward points - I would zero their points and email them to say scammers are banned !!
You could switch the reviews so that you can validate them before they go live and the reward points are awarded.

In Advanced Security Settings you can also "Add CAPTCHA (random security code) to the Product Review submission page." That ought to do the trick!
