I'm trying to clone sub-categories from one parent to another, but it always crashes after I move a few over. Usually this error -

var cp2 = new Spry.Widget.CollapsiblePanel("cp2", {contentIsOpen:cookies[1] && cookies[1] === 'false' ? false : true}); Spry.Utils.addUnLoadListener(function(){ // save the panels state to an Array Spry.Utils.Cookie("create","multiplewidgets",[cp1.isOpen(),cp3.isOpen(),cp4.isOpen(),cp2.isOpen()]); });

I tried to contact ProductCart, but they didn't care, they have their money. It's frustrating because this seems to be basic functionality that isn't working. Does anyone have any insight on this issue?

Hi Padreick. We do care, honest we do! Please raise a support ticket and we will be able to properly investigate.
If by your comment you mean support is not available without subscribing to the support and updates plan (and I don't know if you have subscribed or not) then yes that is true as support carries considerable ongoing costs as does developing the software. We are exceedingly proud of the level and quality of support we provide.
