... need the files and instructions to update/upgrade from v3.03.
I've found the wiki instructions to update/upgrade from v3.11 to v3.51, but unable to find any instructions/information for earlier versions.
Any advice, directions, links, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

When you check for updates from your control panel and download the recommended file, it will include a readme file with instructions.
