I would like to modify english_rma_1 as follows: 
dictLanguage.Add "english_rma_1", "<h1>Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)</h1><p>Do you need to return a product that you purchased from us?</p><p><a href="viewContent.asp?idpage=7" target="_self">Read the following policy</a></p><p>Fill out the form below to request an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please do not return any products until you have received a RMA from us.</p>"
Do I need any type of escaping of the inside double quotes?

Hi,
  I'm sure NetProfits answered a similar question in the last couple of days so I'll just post his answer as don't want to look like I'm grabbing credit for it :-) .

NetProfits :
You can't use the quote marks around the URL inside of other quote marks defining ASP text. Change the quotes around the URL to apostrophe's (single quotes) and make sure you have a quote at the very end of the line after the >.
