I'm getting ready to implement a revamped website using the spry horizontal menu bar. Here is my quandary:
When the browser is viewed from different resolutions, the menu wraps. I'm using the Productcart header template and when it wraps the layout is messed up and the product information is pushed to the bottom of the page. I've tried several setting in the css file to keep this from happening but it continues. My only work around was to adjust the height of the navigation section but that makes the rest of the page sit too far below the menu. It just doesn't look right. What I want is for the spry menu to take up 100% of the width of the window and to adjust automatically to the width without wrapping. Instead of wrapping the menu I would prefer to have the wording wrap. Does this make sense? Can someone tell me what I should be putting in the css file to accomplish this? |

Hi Desiree,
Have you tried using the white-space property set to nowrap for the container, but then set to wrap for the text within the container? http://www.w3schools.com/css/pr_text_white-space.asp |
