I have activated USPS and put in the information provided to me by USPS but it is not returning rates. Does anyone have any suggestions on troubleshooting this?

Call USPS and bash them around the ears until they put your account into production.

Have you asked USPS to switch you to Production mode and have they done so?

Nevermind, I found it in the knowledgebase. I was using the URL given to me by USPS. However, when I changed ot the URL provided in the knowledgebase, http://production.shippingapis.com/ShippingAPI.dll, it worked.

It was in production mode...just wrong URL.
