In V3, when I go to the "Reports" tab and select a report for a specific product, I have noticed that when requesting a return of shipped items in a time period, the report is in error if the invoice had been updated to "shipped" using the "process/update" tab instead of using the shipping wizard. "Reports" does not seem to recognize the updated status when it is done through "process/update". Even when the order status legend is showing a green ball.
If this is the case, it should be fixed to reflect shipped consistently no matter through which process available in V3 the user elects to classify an order shiped. |

Hi diesirae: which version of ProductCart are you using? The issue might have already been addressed. In this and other cases in which you believe that there is a bug, please report it through our support ticket system.
