What files would I need to duplicate site's style?

   I recently bought a second product cart license, got it running, and now I'm working on the CSS. The styling is going to resemble my first site 99%, so I'm wondering what files I would need to bring over to get my second site as close to the first site as possible. I've already replaced/moved over all the CSS, image files, and header/footer from the original site, but I can't get the second site to change from the default styling.
Is there something I'm overlooking?
