Hi,
How can I send a email to a customer with a few more details than what is currently available. below is a sample email and that is how I would want it. Help is appreciated..

Are you wanting to add the order details to the 'order received' email?
 
The order details are included with the 'order processed' email, which is sent upon processing.

If you are looking to edit the intro text, it can be found in the control panel under...
Settings>E-mail Settings
 
This text is appended to the beginning of each email.
 
After looking through some test emails of the 'order received' emails sent by the cart, it contains most of the info your message is showing.
 
If you are looking to make major modifications to the emails, you would have to modify the code in...
pc/customerOrderConfirmEmail.asp
 
Unless I am missing something subtle, it appears the major difference in what is sent and what you posted is the intro text? Is that correct?
