This same thing happened to me. Try uploading this patch:
http://www.earlyimpact.com/productcart/files/ProductCart_v4x_GoogleProductSearch_061411.zip Had something to do with pcCategoriesList.asp. This happened a while ago and I almost made a post about it but figured I was the only one who encountered it, so I deleted the post. Let me know if this solves your issue. *edit* It looks like earlyimp posted another fix for it on 6/27, I also get an error message when trying to download that link. After uploading that GOogleProductSearch update, you might find that you are only able to set category parents as top level categories. To fix that, go to modCata.asp and change line 278 to: cat_ExcSubs="0"
