Fedex Envelope issue

   Hi all
i am facing an problem with FEDex webservices

when i select Default Package Type:
									FedEx® Envelope and my product weight is less the 0.5  lbs then while system is request webservices its automatically sent 1 lbs. and that is why getting an error from fedex about saying. Package 1 - FedEx Envelope cannot exceed the limit of 0.5 LB.

when i looked over the code then i found one line in comments "if total weight is less then a pound, make UPS/FedEX weight 1 pound"

so i am  not sure.. what to do? is that something issue with code? and productcart guys  already been fixed this issue? or is this something wrong at my end?

can you please guide me guys.. i need your help
