Google Checkout and Reward Points

   I, and our customers, have noticed that Reward Points do not work with Google Checkout. Am I just missing a setting or is this a normal function? Thanks!

	Hi rhowerm, That is correct. Reward points do not work with Google Checkout. Though, there are two important reasons why this is so. Google allows the customer to hide their email address so there is nothing to identify a customer, and therefore no way to reliably keep track of points. Google also has no input fields to redeem the reward points. Simply put, Google Checkout is not compatible with Reward Points.

	Also, are there any issues with the just announced Order Cancellation feature in Google Checkout?

	Hi bigsapper, The Cancel items command announced Oct. 9 has not been added to ProductCart at this time. Reward Points work with most versions of PayPal. If you are experiencing any problems go ahead and open a support ticket so we can look into your specific case.
