Tracking Inividual Reps Phone Orders

   We're currently in the process of setting up and testing PC to make it do what we need. One of the hiccups we've bumped into is a definitive way to track and report on our sales reps' orders taken over the phone. The way we had it setup before in another store software was super duper customized to show the products sold. We've looked into using Affiliates to do this in PC, but we're not sure if it's the best way to go. Anybody have any suggestions or experience with this sort of thing?

	We just purchased an add-on from a third-party developer for this kind of thing. I'm not sure how in depth it is since we have yet to implement the changes, but it might be worth looking in to. Link

	I'll let you know how it works. I have yet to receive the code for this, but others have been impressed. I can post some screen caps once we get it running on our end.
