Hi All,
When the shopping cart message appears for lost carts (when you have items in your cart and return to the site) the popup asks to clear the cart, continue shopping or view cart.  When I click "clear cart" or "view cart" I get an error, does viewcart.asp and CustLOb.asp need to be in the root directory?  The buttons seem to be calling it from the root, causing the 404.asp to appear.

Thanks in advance,
St_Pierce

I saw that too, but only in one site.  I believe that I moved CustLOb.asp to the root as a quick fix, but there may be an underlying issue that is causing this.  I don't have an immediate answer beyond this at the moment.  HTH.

I read the wiki, sounded like it would be a  perfect solution... except one thing, I don't have those lines of code in my footer.asp file.  There is no mention  of "CustLOb.asp" or "viewcart.asp" at all.

Do you think I have the right footer file?  I'm running V4 (122109 upgrade).

Thanks again!

Hi,
I've amended the WIKI - The file in question is inc_footer.asp

Hi Hamish,

Thanks for the quick response... I didn't have inc_footer.asp file in the root directory so I just changed it in store/pc folder and it worked perfectly.

Thanks again everyone!
