Microsoft VBScript runtime error

Hi guys this is my first error message as our support just ran out!!!
we are almost dialed in with the cart, and I have 7 computers in my office with all the major browser's installed and I try to keep different versions loaded so I have a good variety for testing.
that said it seems like the last few errors are coming from one machine that is 2 months old with windows 7 ultimate, this just happened with new installs of Firefox & Safari within 5 minutes of each other.
I am extremely new at the whole error message thing so go easy on me please
