Hi,
Sometimes in a phone order, I want to give a customer an instant rebate or discount. I notice that I can edit the order after it is processed but the problem is that the customer gets the email before I edit the order. How can I work around this so that the email is sent after I edit the order so that the correct order details is displayed in the email? If I set the offline payment status to be set as "default", will the email still be sent? John |
