Starting Saturday morning we are no longer able to connect to the endicia label server through productcart.

When we go to print a USPS label the first step is for productcart to check our endicia account status. The XML response to the the XML request for account status is "Timeout" according to the log within productcart.

Our Endicia account works if we use the Endica Dazzle platform, we are able to ping the label server from our office PCs, we have changed nothing on our end and I have confirmed with the "label server tech" at Endicia that everything is operating correctly with one caveat. Apparently endica changed the ssl cert for the label server over the weekend which caused some problems initially ( which are explained here: endicia.com/support) but are now resolved according to them.

Obviously we followed the said instruction on
endicia.com/support but that did not solve the issue.

Is anyone else out there having these issues?

We NEED to get this functionality back asap and doing the labels manually is killing us. Anyone have thoughts?

FYI: We are on v4.6

Nate

Been fighting with this since Monday morning.  Yesterday we got 1 server patched so that the stores on that server are working, still working through 2 other servers.

The issue is that they switched from a SHA-1 SSL to SHA-2.  Installing Windows updates as well as installing 3 certs that I was provided yesterday led to the first server being resolved.

We now have what appears to be a repeatable procedure for fixing this.  I have resolved the issue on 3 servers and I am working on the rest of our network.

I have a zip file with certificates, and rudimentary instructions that I can provide if you e-mail me.
