I'm trying to figure out why when using the UPS Online tools within PC and completing a shipment, that the Shipment Completed e-mail that is sent to the customer doesn't look anything like what I have entered into the Additional Copy for "Order Shipped" E-mail within the control panel. Is there another place I can go to modify the Shipment Completed e-mail? If I have missed this in the user guide, please forgive me. Thanks in advance. |

Some of the text strings used in the shipping messages are contained in "includes/languages_ship.asp". Are those the strings that you were looking for? |

I'll have a look at the languages_ship.asp file when I'm back at the office. I just remember that in the Control Panel, Settings -> E-Mail Settings there is the section for Additional Copy for "Order Shipped" E-mail:. I pretty much left the information the way it was set originally, and shipped an item to a relative. I took a look at the e-mail that was sent to them when the order was shipped and what they received in the actual e-mail was different than what is currently typed in the "Additional Copy for "Order Shipped" E-mail:" section. Like I said, I'll take a closer look at the .asp file mentioned later today. Thanks again. |

I previously customized a message for "order shipped." I have pored through both languages.asp files and cannot for the life of me find it again. Is there another place to customize shipping completed messages. There's a dang typo in it!
