I've been trying to run the monthly sales reports, and it keeps stopping with a "bad order" error.
I can't see which order is bad, and don't know how to get around it.
We did have some trouble getting GOOGLE to speak to us (we had moved to a different server and the certificate didn't make it across). We have communications with google now, but I suspect it's one of the orders that we used to test the google interface, and now PC isn't finding all the parts of the order it needs.
How can I remove the order completely? I don't need it for anything other than that test, and that's long gone now.....

Hi Bill,
Please raise a support ticket so we can investigate properly. There is syncronization performed ( I believe) between Google and your site. For non-Google orders you can delete orders via this FAQ : http://www.earlyimpact.com/faqs/e-commerce_shopping_cart_questions.asp?faqid=57 but I'm personally not familiar enough with the Google checkout process to say whether this is OK for Google orders. |
