I want to integrate my product cart store with google checkout, so my customer can checkout safe ( as they want) but it gives following error
"No shipping rates were returned for your order. The shipping provider's server may be unavailable at this time. Please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, please contact the store administrator." a Anybody could help? |

I'm getting the same error. I've made sure that all of my products have nonzero weights, that the Limit Delivery By Zip Code is turned off, and all of the shipping options appear to work on the shipping detail page. I'll make another post and hopefully btw the two of us we'll get an answer.

If shipping rates are returned properly on your storefront, but not in Google Checkout, then it means that there is a communication problem between your store and Google Checkout. You should find the error details in the Integration area of your Google Checkout merchant account. For more details on this, please see:

earlyimp: I don't claim to speak for ZilverZoom, but I can't even get that far: shipping is not displaying at all in the storefront. All I get is the previously mentioned "no shipping rates available" message, while on my shipping details pages in the backoffice, everything looks fine. I will look at your link, but in the meantime, do you have any other suggestions?

So your issue is not related to Google Checkout? If so, there are many reasons why shipping charges may not be displayed in the storefront. The following article goes through many of them in detail.

Sometimes the answer is as easy as: it is not supported for that address. To find out, replicate the exact same shipment (it has to be completely identical) on UPS.com
