Batch Upload: Options are not Deleting

I initially did a batch upload of 547 products with 2 options about a year ago.

I now need to remove one of the options.  To do so, I deleted the columns 'Option 2'. 'Attributes 2' and 'Option 2 Required'.

I Uploaded the amended file requesting to make changes to the SKUs found.  Operation was successful on all files but both options still exist.   

How do I get that 2nd option to disappear?  Thanks!

This problem is getting worse.  Please help.

Because I could not get rid of the Size option.  I changed 'Size' to read 'Ignore This Box'.  By doing so, I added an additional box.  I did not add an additional option number and columns.  I only made a change to an existing option.

I tried to undo my last upload and received a message saying "Cannot open Categories Logs File."

Could someone please help me sort this mess out.  Thank you!

Hi,
Check the permissions set for the importlogs directory in your (hopefully renamed) pcadmin folder.
Also take a look at the catlogs.txt file in that folder - the error you are seeing is triggered by a problem reading that file. Regarding the wider issue, please raise a support ticket so that we can investigate properly.

The file category.txt does not exist in the importlogs directory.  Earlier, after the first amended upload which didn't work, I looked at file, in my browser, called prologs.txt.  I did this because it was mentioned somewhere.  That file also no longer exists.  All I did was view it in the browser.  The file permissions should be fine because I can view categorylogs.txt in the browser.

I'll open a file on the other issue. Thanks for the help.
