Has anyone integrated 'Ask A Question" functionality into their product cart store? If yes, which service? Or, are there any plans for this in the future development of PC?
An example is on toysrus.com. At checkout, customers are asked if they want to participate in answering questions from potential customers. On a product page, potential customers can ask a questions about a product and those customers who agreed to were contacted with the question to answer. |

We have created an "Ask A Question" function for Product Cart. You can see an example here:
http://www.blastzone.com/shop/pc/Little-Bopper-Bouncy-House-2p39.htm Notice the "Average Ratings" link and the "Q/A (2)" link right below the SKU. If you click the Q/A link it jumps down to the section where a customer can ask a question and shows a list of the "approved" questions and answers. Click a question to expand the details. Anyone can ask a question but only the site admin users can answer and approve questions. There is an interface in the Product Cart control panel to manage that. If a customer entered their email address when posting a question, they are sent an email when the question is answered. If you would like more details, please email us at info@nicwebdesign.com.
