2nd Shipping option not displaying |

Hi all,
I'm having an issue where some of the shipping options specified in our storefront aren't displaying at checkout. We'd like to offer options from both UPS and USPS, but only some of the options from UPS are displaying at checkout and no tab for USPS to show the other options. Accounts for both UPS and USPS are in "Production Mode", so that's not the issue. The options we want for both UPS and USPS show up in the administration area under "Shipping Options Summary", and under "Set Display Order" for shipping, but not as options for shipping in the checkout area. None of the USPS options show up and only the domestic shipping options for UPS, not the UPS Worldwide and Standard to Canada options we want. Can anyone tell me what the problem might be? USPS is tragically bad about claiming an account is in production when it is not. I would suggest checking one more time to make sure they really really did put you in production.

Also, for your UPS Worldwide and Standard to Canada, you will need to test those against international and Canadian addresses respectively. They won't show if you use a US shipping address.
