Apparently a com component was not installed on the server and JDigital did that pretty quickly. After clicking on the process order, a new page opens up with the following error "Error : There was a problem completing your order. We
apologize for the
inconvenience. Please contact customer support to review your order." I
checked my virtual terminal and there are no transactions that have
been recorded. There seems to be a problem at the server or with PCart.

After your most recent post, our logs reflect several successful credit card transactions were processed. Details of these transactions may be viewed by first navigating to https://www.paymentsgateway.net and then clicking "Merchant Login". Please advise if this is still an open issue and we can investigate further.
